New Inn Site, Clayton

This scheme was submitted for Best New affordable housing scheme of the year in the Housing Excellence Awards 2007


This new development of 4 houses was on behalf of Northern Counties Housing Association. The houses were designed in conjunction with a company that specialises in Modern Methods of Construction.

The houses were made in a factory and constructed on site.

Fourways Close, Childwall, Liverpool

Our client recognised the area was in need of a development that was aesthetically pleasing and enhanced the existing environment, whilst providing for the social needs of the Netherley Valley area.


The proposal was to create a residential development comprising of 29 detached and semi detached, 3 bedroom houses over 2 and 3 storeys.The units were constructed to a high quality providing suitable accommodation for today’s lifestyle with adequate parking and private garden space.

 

The regeneration of this site indicated substantial investment. The development was landscaped to integrate with existing streets and regenerated a vacant piece of land which has become local wasteland.


Wellington Street, Stockport
A new build mixed use development, comprising of Ground Floor Offices and parking with three storeys of 22 two bedroom apartments.

The ground floor will be constructed in traditional brick and block with the upper floors in timber frame.


Fairy Lane, Cheetham

Phase 3: a residential development of 3, 2 bedroom, 8, 3 bedrooom and 3, 4 bedroom houses, with12, 2 bedroom apartments with car parking spaces.

The scheme for Phase 4 comprised of 9 new build houses.


Rufford Road, Liverpool

This development won Regeneration Scheme of the year at the 2006 Housing Excellence Awards.


The properties for the proposed scheme are located at Rufford Road, Liverpool.The proposal was to provide a solution to 6 large derelict terrace properties.The houses were vacant and each house was split into 6 bed sits.

The properties were completely refurbished to provide a total of 10, three storey self-contained family dwellings with garden areas and car parking.



Derby Street, Cheetham
This was a two phase scheme.

Phase 1: being for a residential development consisting of 34, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom houses.

Phase II: being for a three storey residential development comprising of 6, 1 bedroom and 6, 2 bedroom flats with car parking spaces.
