	Conservation projects When designing a development in the conservation area, we ensure that we work with the local authority planning department to get an idea of what will be acceptable as they have strict guidelines on these areas. 	Bespoke projects We design high quality one off bespoke units, either for the homes of private clients or an apartment block for developers.
