Whalley Avenue, Sale
This is the first building project for our construction company, Blackfriars Estates.

This Victorian end-terraced property, circa 1885 was in need of some TLC, and has now been carefully refurbished into a stunning family home.

As part of the refurbishment, a single storey extention was added to the rear to maximise the kitchen family dining space.

The property enjoys views over the adjacent parkland with a prime location next to the pedestrian entrance to the park.
