Stead Lane, Ripponden
The original approved application was for five houses. Our client found the social requirements were for slightly smaller family units, based around four or five members.

The house types have been specially commissioned by our client for this site providing a unique development for this part of Yorkshire. Designed with materials which are sympathetic with the local area.

The site portrays the original house and setting, with a simple elegance found in Georgian architecture, creating a development of the highest quality.

The houses will be set in a well designed landscape complimenting the architecture of the houses. The natural topography and mature trees providing an interesting combination of natural and man-made environments.

College Street, Leigh

The building has been designed to create a positive improvement to the area, creating a new pharmaceutical store within easy access for the patients from the neighbouring medical centre. This is complemented by four, 2 bedroom residential apartments above.

There are many contrasting styles of architecture in Leigh, so we have taken our precedent from a recent construction which Wigan MBC has approved further along College Street.

Using a traditional style with 19th Century undertones; predominantly in red facing brick.

Dunsters Farm, Kirklees Street, Bury

Situated in the beautiful Kirklees valley, close to the market town of Bury.

These 17, 3 & 4 bed houses were designed combining a contemporary and traditional country farmhouse style. Built using traditional materials to be sympathetic to the local area.

Dunham Edge, Bowdon, Altrincham, Cheshire

We have recentley acquired planning permission for our clients OK Estates for a prestigious, 5750sq ft, 6 bedroom Bowdon style villa, incorporating Georgian elements, with buff bricks and a slate roof.

Set in the conservation area of Bowdon, we have liased closely with Trafford Council and The National Trust to design this aesthetically pleasing, desirable home.

St. Mary's Place, Jesmond Road, Chester

This is a select development of 9 residential 3 & 4 bedroom houses with easy access to local amenities. Our clients JS Developments have chosen materials to compliment the characteristics of the area, providing enclosed rear gardens with parking for two cars for each dwelling, with some having a garage.
