Torkington Road, Wilmslow

This replacement dwelling changed the character of the existing demolished house from a brick faced 1930’s detached house to an Arts and Crafts bespoke rendered villa.

The property is now a 5-bed detached house with a playroom utilizing the roof space. We have designed a modern breakfast/ kitchen/ dayroom which opens up to the opulent landscaped garden filling the house with light. It was a bespoke design for clients’ with immaculate taste.

256 & 258 Worsley Road, Swinton
This scheme has recently been completed for our client Arley Homes. It consists of 20 apartments and 27 car parking spaces.

The apartment block features six apartments per floor over 3 storeys, and two penthouse apartments within the roof space at third floor level. The apartments are set in landscaped gardens in a residential curtiledge with parking spaces provided for all units.

301 Worsley Road, Swinton
This scheme initially was for the erection of a 3 Storey block of 9 apartments and the conversion of the existing coach house for which planning permission was obtained.

At a later date a second application for the demolition of the existing coach house and erection of one residential dwelling was submitted; this application was also granted.

The construction stage is finished and our Client, Leaway Manchester Ltd, has only two of these stylish apartments left for sale.

44 Moorend Road, Mellor
The house was a mid twentieth century white rendered dormer bungalow sitting close to the East boundary of the site. Its grounds cover 0.418 hectares and sits in the Green Belt.

The replacement dwelling created a modern home with a high architectural quality, in the style of the Arts and Craft period.

whilst adhering to the strict guidelines of Green Belt policy. Constructed with the use of stone and rendered walls in order to match the character of the area.

Maple House, Mere

The project was to demolish the existing bungalow and then construct a high quality, luxurious 6 bedroom residence overlooking Mere Golf & Country Club. The area that the site is situated in is full of large family houses in well landscaped grounds.
