A stunning Arts & Crafts property in the rural village of Prestbury, designed for a private client.
The site was previously occupied by a 1970's dormer bungalow.
Dunsters Farm, Kirklees Street, Bury
Situated in the beautiful Kirklees valley, close to the market town of Bury.
These 17, 3 & 4 bed houses were designed combining a contemporary and traditional country farmhouse style. Built using traditional materials to be sympathetic to the local area.
Stanningden Rise, Ripponden
The original approved application was for five houses. Our client found the social requirements were for slightly smaller family units, based around four or five members.
The house types were specially commissioned by our client for the site providing a unique development for this part of Yorkshire. Designed with materials which are sympathetic with the local area.
